Admission Requirements

  • Interview and facility tour with an admissions representative.


  • One letter of recommendation from a non-relative.


  • A personal essay describing your interest in massage.


  • Completed and signed Student Application/Agreement Form.


  • Signed agreement to respect and adhere to the rules and regulations of the school.


  • Signed agreement to participate in the exchange of in-class and clinic massages.


  • Submission of one copy of driver's license or state identification card.  Other forms of identification require approval of the Executive Director.


  • Submission of a copy of one of the following: high school diploma, high school transcript, General Education Diploma (GED), college diploma or college transcript.


  • Application Fee of $100.00


  • Book fees of $200 (if registering less than 30 days before a class start)
